Our homes have been equipped with all the comforts needed to settle into your vacation. A/C, Smart TVs, Wifi, Thoughtful mattresses, Cooking Utensils, Bedding, Bath Linens, Beach Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner…..and more.
Your host will be your one point of contact for all your vacation questions and needs.
Our homes have been hand selected to give our guests access to the best Rocky Point has to offer on varying budgets. Drive 10 minutes to the beach from our central homes, stay beachfront and take in world-class sunsets over the Sea of Cortez and Sandy Beach, or stay in one of our premium oceanfront/pool front Villas at Las Palmas, or our soon-to-come beachfront homes on Isla Del Mar.
We are happy to offer early arrival “IF” the home is available. If we have an 11am departure on your day of arrival, it will take time for us to prepare your home. If you have booked one of our resort properties, we can arrange for you to arrive as early as 1:00 so that you can enjoy the pool and beach while you wait.
We are happy to offer a later departure than our posted 11am “IF” the home is available. If we have an arrival due to the home on your departure day then we must adhere to our 11am time so that we can prepare the home for the next guest. If we do not have an arrival, we are happy to extend it to 1pm without charge.
Yes we have A/C in all of our homes.
We allow pets in our central homes. Unfortunately the HOA’s of the resort homes do not allow renters to bring pets. There is an added $50 cleaning charge.
We can connect you directly with our Fishing Tour company so please let us know if you are interested.
We do not provide drinking water, so we do recommend that you bring some along.
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
100% refund, less credit card refund fees of 5% if applicable, for cancellations made at least 15 days before check-in.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Yes. There is secure parking at all of our resort properties included with your booking and our central homes have oversized driveways that can accommodate 2 medium cars or a truck and toy hauler. The driveway also has a lockable gate.
Communication is key, so we wish to provide you with this “What to Bring and Not to Bring” list so that you can best prepare.
